What's the typical investment range?
Bathrooms $18K–$35K. Kitchens $25K–$50K+. Basements $30K–$65K+. Structural work, additions and heritage projects depend heavily on scope — we give you a real number after a consultation, not a vague range over the phone.
How long does an interior renovation take?
Bathrooms 2–4 weeks. Kitchens 4–6 weeks. Basements 6–10 weeks. Structural, transformations and additions run longer depending on scope. We lock the schedule before we start.
Can you do multiple rooms at once?
Yes — that's often more efficient than sequential single-room projects. We coordinate trades across the rooms, minimize overlap with daily life, and you get one timeline and one project manager for the whole scope.
Do I need to move out?
Usually no. We manage dust, debris and access. For full transformations or major structural work, you may want a few days away — we tell you in advance.
Do you handle permits in both Ottawa and Gatineau?
Yes. Ontario and Quebec have different requirements. We manage permits, structural engineering and inspections on both sides of the river. RBQ Licence: 5861-8513-01.
